Stephany Castillo

Born October 1st, 1995 Stephany was the first-born child of two immigrants who wanted a better life for their child. Growing up, her father would take her on trips to Universal Studios where she fell in love with film and Television and remembers the best times of her childhood involved watching movies. By the time she was in Middle school, she had already fallen in love with films such as "Brain-Dead", "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", "Creature from the black lagoon", "Nosferatu", and so on. This spiked a love for the arts, and began makeup applications at a young age. Eventually making her way to sculpting, prosthetic work, beauty applications, and all forms of painting.

Stephany is a self-taught artist with many artistic abilities such as painting, beauty makeup, special effects makeup, sculpting, mold making, and much more. She has experience working with Cons, haunted attractions, short films, student films, and freelancing. She's worked on projects such as the "48 hour film festival", to working with companies such as Boneyard Effects for Horror conventions. Stephany entered a worldwide competition for Cinema Makeup School in 2016 called "The Next Level of Cosplay", and was 1 of 30 contestants to make it in the competition. Later that year, in December she won a Scholarship to Cinema Makeup School for "The Ve Neill Legends of Makeup" Scholarship. Here is where she would be taught by "Face-Offs", Rod Maxwell, and Ve Neill.  Stephany has had the pleasure of working with and meeting amazing people in the industry.
